Sponsor A Child

 

Your role as a sponsor is two-fold:

1. Financially assist a child or student in receiving food, clothing, shelter, medical care, tuition, books, and educational supplies.

2. Spiritually nurture your child or student by praying for and encouraging them.

 

What does it Cost?

$240(USD) per month is the cost to support a child or student. Four levels of Sponsorship are offered:

1. Full Sponsorship $240 monthly
2. Co-Sponsorship $120 monthly
3. Partial Sponsorship $60 monthly
4. Partial Sponsorship $30 monthly
One time gifts are always gratefully received.

Bryan Álvarez Ávila

Age: 6
Grade: 1

He has been at the Home since 2013, and is the youngest of 4 siblings. His mom left  them with their father and who cannot care for  them. Their dad asked DIF for help out of concern for the children .

Bryan is a  sweet little boy. He enjoys conversations with people, is well educated and excellent student at school.

Christian Jeshua Hernández Arreola

Age: 8
Grade: 3

Christian arrived at the home in 2012 with his brother Rodrigo. Their mom can’t provide for them. DIF brought both brothers to us.

Like most boys Christian likes to play sports. He is very active, emotional and sensitive.

Christian is obedient of his house parents and very nice with all the rest of the children.

 

 

Camila Parra Ramírez

Age: 6
Grade: 1

Camila came to us  in July of 2015. One of 4 siblings, their mom struggles with alcohol and their dad has a hard time trying to take care of them and working.

She is so sweet, loving and funny. She likes to give hugs, and wants attention.

She has a very strong will! Camila is adjusting well to her new home and family.  She is happy to be with her brother Omar. She is excited about school!


Jonathan  Hernández Arreola

Age: 5
Grade: 1

Jonathan Rodrigo is been at the Home since 2012 along with his brother  Christian .His mom is not able to provide for him. DIF brought both boys to us. He is adorable ,content and very outspoken.He likes to pray and hear Bible stories.

He wants to be a teacher . And his prayer request is his mom’s salvation.

Leslían Ibarra Ramírez.

Age: 5
Grade: 2

One of four siblings, Leslían came to us in July 2015. She has been abused
and was abandoned by her mother.

She loves the home and is adjusting
easily. Her overwhelming desire
is just to be the little girl in
someone's family. 

Alondra Esmeralda Cruz Guzmán

Age: 11
Grade: 6

Alondra has been with us since November of 2004. She is the  youngest of 4 siblings, DIF rescued them from an abusive family.

Loving and talkative, she loves to play with kids her age.

Alondra is a hard worker at school and a very detailed person. Plays in band at school. She loves animals and will like to be a Veterinarian.

Coloring is her favorite free time activity. She prays that God will always protect her siblings.

Miriam Álvarez Ávila

Age: 8
Grade: 3

Miriam was brought to the home with 3 siblings in 2013.  Her mom left them with their Dad who is a truck driver and is always out of town. He asked DIF for help and DIF contacted us.

She is very outgoing, smiley and likes to help. Miriam is an excellent student and loves to sing. Her dream is to became a teacher.

Coloring and playing dolls are her favorite free time activities.

Daily prayer is: God’s protection for her Dad.

Estefanía Álvarez Ávila

Age: 11
Grade: 4

Estefania was brought to the home in 2013. Her mom left them with their Dad who is a truck driver and is always out of town. He asked DIF for help and DIF contacted us.

She is loving, caring and some times shy. Estefania plays in band at school.

Exploring is her passion. Coloring and playing dolls are her favorite free time activities.

Daily Prayer: For her grandpa who died from cancer.

 Jessica Anelid Cruz Guzmán

Age: 13
Grade: 7

Jessica has been with us since November of 2004. Youngest of 4 siblings, DIF rescued them from an abusive family.

She loves to play board games ,read and watch movies. Jessica would like to be a veterinarian. She prays for her mom to stop drinking.

 Luis Ángel Ortiz Luna

Age: 9
Grade: 4

Luis has been with us since 2007. He is the youngest of 3 siblings. They are from an indigenous community. His mom is not responsible of their care, so DIF took their case and brought them to the home.

He is a very timid young boy! He works hard to get good grades at school, but math is not easy for him.

Luis loves to ride bikes, play cars and also plays in the school band. He would like to be a missionary.

Favorite Bible Verse: Mat 22:37.

He prays for God’s protection over his mom.

María del Rocío Ortiz Luna

Age: 14
Grade: 8

Maria has been with us since 2007. She is the oldest of three siblings, their mom is not responsible for their care so DIF took their case and brought them to the home. 

She is a very smart and happy young lady. Maria loves to read and study the Bible and has great grades in school. 

She wants to become a doctor and has a love of volleyball and the martial arts. 

Maria's prayer request is that God will allow her to take care of her siblings.

Víctor Ortiz Luna

Age: 11
Grade: 6

Victor has been with us since 2007. He is the second youngest of three siblings. His mom is not responsible for their care so DIF tooke their case and brought them to the home. 

He is a very timid boy. He fondly remembers the town where he was born (Paracho) and wants to become a craftsman. Guitars are made in his hometown!

Victor's prayer request is that God will allow him to go back to his home town to see his Grandma.
